We all know today that social media is the rage. In fact, it seems like you cant make it through the day without checking Twitter or Facebook. Really social media is all about the end of interruption advertisement. Do you know what that is? Its when marketers insert an advertisement into something you want to watch. (e.g. Superbowl) and hope that it resonates with a few buyers. Today, interruption marketing is over and its all about engaging your customers in conversation.
